GPRG Overnight Old Car Driving Tour to Three Historical Pennsylvania Railroad Sites
Location: Altoona, PA
Dates: May 24-25, 2016
Shake off the winter doldrums, bring that old V8 up to roadworthy trim, drive some of the original non-major highway Pennsylvania roads and byways, look at some Pennsylvania spring scenery and enjoy driving and traveling in your old iron at sensible speeds to visit a couple of historically significant Pennsylvania Railroad sites and the Altoona Railroader’s Museum.
This tour is designed for old cars, with no major highways, and all daylight driving. Obviously, if weather is intolerable for our old cars, then we’ll have to rely on our modern iron.
